What does it do?
The Modify Webhook block allows you to modify the name and/or channel ID of a webhook 
Inputs
Webhook ID Required
ID of the webhook to modify.
NOTE
The bot must have the permission to modify the webhook
Example: 123456789012345678
Webhook Name
New name of the webhook.
Example: Webhook Name!
Channel ID
New channel ID of the webhook. Leave blank to not change the channel.
NOTE
The bot must have access to the channel with the correct permissions.
Example: 123456789012345678
